Surface Coating: Components such as the frame and mounting plate undergo rust removal with wire brushes, sandpaper, acid washing to remove grease, followed by phosphating. Surface is then electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked. Resin thickness ranges from 60μm to 90μm. Spray color specified by Party A according to color card.

The transfer machine is used to lift and transfer packages from roller conveyors, changing their direction by 90 degrees. Normally, it remains in a lowered position. When goods are conveyed onto the transfer machine, sensors detect their arrival, prompting the machine to elevate above the conveyor level, facilitating transfer to adjacent conveyors. Once the goods are transferred, the machine lowers back to its initial position.
