Main Mechanical Structure and Features:

Body: Constructed from 3mm cold-bent steel plates, welded to form integrated frame and tray supports.
Legs: Welded 60*40mm square tubes, connected to the frame with bolts for adjustable height adjustment of +25mm. Cup feet equipped with custom-made foot sleeves.
Drive Mechanism: Motor and chain drive.
Surface Coating: Components such as frame, legs, guide parts, and accessories undergo rust removal with wire brushes, sandpaper, acid washing to remove grease, phosphating, followed by electrostatic spraying with epoxy resin powder and baking. Spray color specified according to color card provided by Party A.
Purchased Components Configuration: Motor uses SEW, belt sourced from Yongli, bearing seat uses TR, bearings use HA shafts.
