Narrow Belt Sorter

Main Mechanical Structure and Features:

  • Belts: Belts use PVC low-friction belts with heat-fused interfaces, minimizing noise. The intermediate idler frame is grooved for easy installation and removal of narrow belts. Each narrow belt is individually tensioned by independent cylinders. Tension force is regulated by a filter pressure reducing valve. One-way valves are installed on the tension cylinders to maintain pressure, preventing belt slackening if air supply is interrupted and avoiding belt deviation upon startup.
  • Frame: The frame is made of hot-rolled Q235/t4 steel plate, and belt drag chains are made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHWMPE).
  • Transfer Device: Utilizes rubber-coated rollers with pneumatic lifting mechanisms equipped with rapid exhaust valves for efficient lifting and lowering.
  • Surface Coating: Parts such as the frame and mounting plates undergo rust removal with wire brushes and sandpaper, degreasing with acid wash, phosphating, followed by electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin powder and baking, with resin thickness between 60μm to 90μm. Spray color is specified by party A.
  • Outsourced Component Configuration: SEW motors, Siegling belts, TR bearing housings, and Hax bearings are used.
