Frame: The frame is made of hot-rolled Q235/t4 steel plate, while belt drag chains use Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE).
Surface Coating: Parts such as the frame and mounting plates undergo rust removal with wire brushes and sandpaper, degreasing with acid wash, phosphating, followed by electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin powder and baking, with resin thickness between 60μm to 90μm. Spray color is specified by the party A.
Outsourced Component Configuration: SEW motors, Yongli belts, TR bearing housings, and Hax bearings are used.
Main Working Principle of Multi-Row Narrow Belt Converging Machine:
The main working principle involves the reduction motor on the drive frame driving the drive rollers via chains or timing belts. These drive rollers in turn operate multiple narrow belts. Due to varying lengths of these narrow belts, they form a specific angle, typically 30°, to facilitate integration with the main conveyor belt. As goods move on the belts, they are directed for sorting or merging processes.
