Swing Wheel Sorter is a diverter device powered by micro electric rollers. The micro electric roller assembly can rotate at selectable angles: 30°, 60°, or 90°. Its default position aligns parallel to the main conveyor, in the same direction of conveyance. When goods arrive at the sorter, sensors detect their presence, prompting the micro electric roller assembly of the sorter to rotate and transfer the goods to an adjacent conveyor. After the goods are conveyed, the rollers swing back to their original position.
