Box Continuous Lift Conveyor

Main Mechanical Structure and Features:

Body: Frame made of Q235 hot-rolled steel plate/t5, chain guard made of polymer material.
Supports: Folded plate welded supports, constructed from 5mm hot-rolled steel plate, bolted to the frame. Height adjustment of the conveyor surface by +25mm through adjusting the base connection to the ground.
Drive System: Motor-driven.
Surface Coating: Components such as frame, mounting plates, etc., undergo rust removal with wire brushes, sandpaper, acid washing to remove grease, phosphating, followed by electrostatic spraying with epoxy resin powder and baking. Resin thickness ranges from 60μm to 90μm. Spray color specified according to color card provided by Party A.
Purchased Components Configuration: Motor uses SEW, chain sourced from Donghua, bearing seat uses TR, bearings use HA shafts.
